Wait Time There may be a wait of up to a week for items being shipped. Handmade items marked with an "*" may take longer up to 3 weeks especially at busier times. We do try to get things out in time for special events if you have a date coming up, but ask that you email us to let us know and with handmade orders please leave us enough time to make the item and choose a speedy shipping (we are based outside of DC for those who prefer UPS shipping) No charges will be made to your card until the items are shipped. Large Orders For fraud protection all orders over $200 must be shipped to the billing address International Orders Some International orders may be charged extra for customs. This is a tax most governments charge their citizens on imported goods. Though not every package will get charged these taxes, it is a possibility when ordering any goods from overseas. This is not a charge from us, but a charge from your countries government, and sadly is something we have no control over. Returns Refund / Return Policy Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives. All claims MUST be made within 14 days of receipt of order, and all returns must be sent within 14 of notification of the claim. Any return sent after this time period will be refused and returned to sender. Shipping Shipping is calculated by the shopping cart based on your location, weight of items and the shipping method you chose. Canceling orders Orders can not be canceled once the items have been shipped.
